I've tried it before, so I know it works, though what really got me hooked was the InBody Composition Analysis that preceded the first exercise session, where a space age-looking weighing scale performs a total body scan that not only measured external fat, but the visceral fat that surrounds the body's internal organs, an excess of which is implicated in heart disease and early-onset diabetes. Forget breathing in or standing on one leg to skew the results; electronic scanning means there is no place for fat or flab to hide. Following a six-week Hypoxi course last year (£500 for 12 sessions), I reduced my visceral fat levels, lost inches from my waist and hips and toned up my legs.
